How does the pricing work?
Our pricing is based on a monthly or annual subscription model. You can choose between our Basic, Professional, or Enterprise plans depending on your needs. Annual subscriptions offer a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. Each plan includes a different number of AI model deployments, API calls, and storage capacity.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time and the change will take effect immediately. If you wish to downgrade, the change will be applied at the end of your current billing cycle. Your account will be prorated accordingly for upgrades.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
If you exceed your plan's limits for API calls or storage, you'll be notified and can choose to upgrade to a higher plan or pay for additional usage at our standard overage rates. We never cut off service without warning you first.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial for all our plans. You can try out all the features without any commitment. No credit card is required for the trial period. After the trial ends, you can choose to subscribe to one of our plans.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For Enterprise plans, we also support invoicing and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions. For monthly subscriptions, you can cancel anytime but we don't provide prorated refunds for partial months. If you have any issues with our service, please contact our support team.
