Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how refund requests are processed.

1. Overview

Dragify AI provides digital software services, including AI agent automation and workflow subscriptions. This policy applies to payments made for our plans and services.

We aim to keep billing clear and fair. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us and we will review your case promptly.

2. When a Refund May Be Approved

Refund requests may be approved in cases such as:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges for the same order
  • A technical billing error caused by our system
  • A first-time annual subscription cancellation requested within 14 days of payment, where service usage is minimal

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Partial billing periods on monthly plans
  • Renewal charges when cancellation was not requested before the next billing date
  • Consumed usage, credits, API calls, or add-on services already delivered
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to policy violations, abuse, or fraud

4. Billing Error Corrections

If we confirm a billing error, we will correct the charge or issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact Sales@Cloudilic.com and include:

  • Account email address
  • Transaction/order reference
  • Payment date and charged amount
  • Reason for the request

6. Review and Processing Times

We typically review requests within 3 business days. If approved, refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Final settlement time depends on your bank or card issuer and may take 7-21 business days.

7. Payment Gateway and Card Refunds

Card payments are processed securely through Paymob and/or approved payment partners. Approved refunds are sent back to the same card or payment source used in the original transaction, according to gateway and regulatory requirements.

8. Chargebacks

Before opening a chargeback, please contact us so we can resolve the issue quickly. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions.

9. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund completed billing periods unless explicitly approved under this policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect operational or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
